1. When you register your information will be held on a database administered by Peach Digital Limited on behalf of Stirling Council.
   
   
2. Your information will only be used for the Fresh-eating rewards scheme.
   
   
3. You will not be asked for any unnecessary information.
   
   
4. If you change your Email Address, Last Name or School please get in touch via the email box on the Contact US page.
   
   
5. If you want to leave the scheme please get in touch via the email box on the Contact Us page and we will delete your information from the database. Please note your information will be deleted from the database if your swipe card has not been used for a year.
   
   
6. We will process your personal data in accordance with your rights under the Data Protection Act. If you want to access your information just login via the boxes on the Home Page.
   
   
7. Peach Digital Limited on behalf of Stirling Council will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal data from accidental or deliberate loss or unauthorised disclosure.
