
Ingredients (Serves 4)
800g Onions
240g Potatoes
200g Carrots
0.4g Black Pepper
10g Parsley
500ml Water
50g Vegetable Bouliion (Stock)
Dice the onions, carrots and potatoes.
Make up the bouillon with water and add the black pepper and vegetables.
Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Liquidise until smooth.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
